Project Management

Financial Reporting: Kurt Larsson, Konvex AB

 

The Project Manager will be supported by the Steering Committee formed by one or two representatives from each participant in the project. The representatives are responsible to forward relevant project information and decisions taken to the concerned employees in their organisation. The Steering Comitte holds regular meetings during the whole project time to ensure progress of the project.

The project will be divided in well-defined sub-projects, generally corresponding to pre-defined tasks. A Task Manager is appointed for every subtask. Every Task Manager will be responsible for the execution of the subtask, for controlled passage of intermediate and final deliverables to their recipients and for administrating the actions necessary to obtain final approval of the deliveries by their recipients.
